Yoga at Home DVD

NagaYoga is a moderate flow-style (vinyasa) practice accessible to people of most ages, shapes and sizes. Both the long and the short version include a floor warm-up, sun salutations, standing postures, guided relaxation, and more. Suitable for yoga students of all levels, this DVD will supplement in-class instruction, providing a companion for home or travel.
Shot on location in Arlington, Washington. Features original music, and voice guidance. The long form is set up in chapters, so that one can design their own home practice.

Give a gift certificate to a friend or family member for any of our classes. Our most popular gift certificate is for an introductory eight-week session. The $85 certificate can be used for a session of yoga, dance, Pilates, or meditation—it can be their choice, or yours. Gift certificates may also be used for merchandise.
