Yoga on Location

Movement Arts can provide a certified yoga teacher for a six or eight-week yoga session at your business or other location. Many companies are now offering yoga before work or at lunchtime as part of a growing movement towards employee wellness. A yoga class can provide exercise, oxygen, and deep rest, so that staff can return to work refreshed and relaxed.

Ten person minimum per class. Class fee can be billed to a company, or directly to participants.

6 week class, meets once per week, $80 per person
8 week class, meets once per week, $105 per person
Individual yoga at your location, $70 per hour
