Spouses and friends are welcome. Daily classes will include morning vinyasa style practice and afternoon restorative and meditation practice.

Sleeping Lady is an eco-friendly and luxurious conference center, dress is casual, the atmosphere is tranquil; you will be happy you came! If you come as a single, we will match you up with a roommate.
