Yoga Nidra Relaxation & Meditation



The practice of Yoga Nidra leads us to the experience of profound relaxation, release of chronic tension and stress reactivity, more restful sleep patterns, and answers to some of the difficult problems we face as humans and individuals. Learn how to access the healing wisdom of the mind/body through Yoga Nidra.

The beauty of Yoga Nidra
is that it is accessible to anyone. During the session, students rest on the floor with mats and blankets. It is important to wear clothing that is non-binding and comfortable. The teacher will provide a guided journey, so that all one must do is show up and relax!

Class Day & Time:

Yoga Nidra is back for the summer, and being offered on Friday afternoons from 4-5 pm. This is a great way to wrap up your week and relax completely. This new class will begin June 8 and continue through August 17.

All are welcome to attend, no restrictions.
