Arlington Studio Class Schedule

Arlington classes are held at the Big Red Barn, 2 miles north of Smokey Point and 1/4 mile from the I-5 exit #208

All classes are on-going, unless otherwise specified with an *

*Session classes mean that a class runs for a 6-8 week period of time.

New students may join a class after the session has begun by coming in to the studio a few minutes before any class to register.

Class fees will be pro-rated to reflect the number of classes that are left in the session.

Monthly  memberships enable a student to take one or more classes per week on an open, flexible schedule. Memberships are set up at the studio.

Fall Schedule Update: Summer classes will end as of August 28. The studio will be closed for one week from August 30-September 6 (Labor Day). The Fall schedule will begin on Tuesday, September 7.

If you wish to visit the studio or register for a class in-person, please do so right before or after a scheduled class, or by appointment.

Make up Class Policy: If you are taking a yoga or Pilates session class, and you miss your regular class: You may take any of the scheduled yoga, meditation or Pilates classes we offer as a make up. We do ask that you let the teacher know you are from another class and you are doing a make up class. All make up classes must be taken within a given session. You cannot carry over missed classes into the next session. We ask that you take your make up classes at the location where you typically take classes.

If you are taking a dance class, you may use another dance class, yoga or Pilates class as a make up class. Please inform the teacher that you are from another class and you are making your class up.

Private & semi-private Yoga and Dance Instruction available by appointment.

Doors open 15 minutes before class. Please wait until a class has finished before you enter for your class.

Schedule subject to change. We are closed for major holidays but open for “bank” holidays.

Studio Etiquette (shared guidelines): Please, no food or drink (other than water bottles) in the studio; remove shoes before going upstairs; turn cell phones off; park cars in the parking lot by the road, not the driveway. Please walk on the driveway and paths, not on the grass, particularly in wet weather. If you are late for a yoga class, please enter the studio quietly. During class, personal belongings should be put in the dressing rooms. Please do not use perfumes or colognes before coming to class (some people are allergic). If you need to leave a class early, let your instructor know in advance. Please leave children at home as we have no facilities for them. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.
