Please Note: This class will not be offered after October 2010. The teacher is taking some time off to be with her family. We plan on having this class again within the year, hopefully in the evenings.

All Levels-Pilates/Yoga Fusion borrows from the best of both worlds, the core strengthening of Pilates and the flexibility/relaxation aspects of yoga, and brings them together in this Fusion class. At the end of the hour students feel longer, taller, more toned and relaxed. This is an excellent class for anyone, no matter what shape you are in. Pilates and yoga are, by nature, a mindful way to exercise that is easy on the joints. Fine for beginners as well as the more experienced.
