All Levels-Pilates/Yoga Fusion borrows from the best of both worlds, the core strengthening of Pilates and the flexibility/relaxation aspects of yoga, and brings them together in this Fusion class. At the end of the hour students feel longer, taller, more toned and relaxed. This is an excellent class for anyone, no matter what shape you are in. Pilates and yoga are, by nature, a mindful way to exercise that is easy on the joints. Fine for beginners as well as the more experienced.
While we do offer pricing for taking one or both classes as a session, you may want to consider a monthly membership for value and schedule flexibility.
