Meditation 101 ~ Arlington, WA

Learn meditation techniques for finding the quiet mind. Benefits of meditation include mental and emotional calmness, improved ability to focus and concentrate, as well as development of presence and awareness.
Beginners are welcome! The intention of this class is to prepare and support a personal home practice. A variety of techniques will be presented. Lecture, handouts, discussion and practice are included in each class.
