Janelle Klett, Pilates Instructor
Teaching for over ten years

 

Janelle has been involved with health, fitness and wellness for more then ten years.  She discovered the power of Pilates while trying to rehabilitate her husband from a back injury.  Through that experience Janelle discovered how Pilates effectively uses some of the most important and foundational elements of physical fitness; Core strength and spinal alignment in all physical activity.  Janelle has a passion for fitness and a love of sharing this passion with others.  She believes that being strong, fit and balanced are major factors to a fulfilling life.

Pilates is an energetic class focused on core stability, neutral spinal alignment and breathing.  Pilates can help restore the natural curves of the spine and improve posture and result in a longer, leaner, more balanced body.
