In this introductory class, experienced, certified yoga instructors lead beginning students through the basics of yoga with attention to the specific needs of each student. The course includes breathing techniques and methods for safely stretching out and strengthening the body, using precise alignment and form. Each class will end with deep relaxation. Yoga is a great way to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle, feel good and enjoy the simple things in life. Yoga for beginners is suitable for all ages and no experience is needed to start.
After completing the Yoga for Beginners course, one may choose to repeat the course or continue with Yoga for all levels classes.
